Please Read First:

• Names submitted will be entered into a weekly draw to be used in stories (first names only)

• Due to the high volume of requests, and the random selection process, there is no guarantee your name will be selected (your chances are as good as anyone else's)

• Please include one name per submission.

• If there is more than one way to say your name, please include how you pronounce your name.

• If you have a gender preference, please include that as well.

• Premium Members do not need to enter twice (if you have already completed a form)

• Please understand that your name may be selected for a character that has a big or small role. You also run the risk of having your name used for a purple, flying elephant who likes cheese.
